A refreshing, sweet drink that’s not as heavy as a smoothie and full of sweet flavour
Ingredient:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 3.5 cups milk
- 3/4 cup sugar/honey to taste
- (optional) cardamom powder
Method:
- Blend together all the ingredients
- Leave in the fridge and serve cold.⠀
- Add in some ice cubes before serving⠀
- Top with cream for extra sweetness⠀
