3-Ingredient, Avocado Milkshake

A refreshing, sweet drink that’s not as heavy as a smoothie and full of sweet flavour

Ingredient:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 3.5 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar/honey to taste
  • (optional) cardamom powder

Method:

  1. Blend together all the ingredients
  2. Leave in the fridge and serve cold.⠀
  3. Add in some ice cubes before serving⠀
  4. Top with cream for extra sweetness⠀
